There is too many artists that I admire when it comes to fantasy. However there are a few that I hold in the highest regard. One of them is Gil Buvel. With images portraying whimsical, harlequin-esque masked figures walking through strangely timeless milieus which look as though they are located at the exact place in the universe where science and fancy converge, the works of Gil Bruvel have been described as Salvador Dali meets Cirque de Soleil.Ohters say his art is very French influenced.Born in Australia to French parents and having lived in France before moving to the United States in 1987, Bruvel, says he doesn't limit himself to one nationality when creating, however. Please do go visit his website.

Another artist that I enjoy tremendously is Yoshitaka Amano.Yoshitaka Amano is one of the world’s most unique artists. His signature style seems to successfully translate itself onto just about any type of medium you can think of: traditional art, mixed media, wall murals, film, videogames, stained glass, costumes and theatre, the list goes on and on. He admires the work of classical artists like Delacroix, Rembrandt, and DaVinci. In 1997, Amano invaded America. The artist took flight to the city of New York where he still continually finds fresh inspiration.Amano is most comfortable painting in watercolour and Indian ink. When using Amano's art please put a banner and a link to his site.

Ma Siudmak work really move me. His life's motto has been: "Only dreams can overcome insurmountable obstacles." Having climb many obstacles myself,I was amazed by his life story. As far as the artist goes, his art portrays the three-dimensional illusion of space through the use of light and shade, as well as linear and aerial perspective. His research into technical perfection is put to the use of an overflowing and highly original imagination. Born on 10th of October 1942 in Wielun in Poland, he came to France in 1966. As Guy Beart say"The beauty which shines through Siudmak's colours is immediately striking. You cant help but notice it, as I did the first time I saw, passing by in the street, a Siudmak poster among a hundred other posters. The beauty was so gripping that I stopped dead, in the same way thatyou stop in front of a rainbow because it is so transparently beautiful."Go visit is website, you won't be disapointed.

Michael Parkes is another artist that I enjoy greatly.Michael Parkes is an American born painter and sculptor with an international following. The term Magical Realism is often used to describe his work. What makes Parkes so fascinating is his ability to draw off many sources of classical myth and complie them into one image, it is not unusual in his world to see a Grecian style angel being visited by an egypian style feline, and yet it all works very harmoniously together.Use the banner below and a lik to his website if you use his art.

Johanna Pieterman is another one of the artist I really enjoy. She take her inspiration from nature, and every living thing in it.As she states"It is just a matter of opening the door to the other side and step into a realm that take us away from everyday life, full of troubles and cares." Please enclose her banner and website adress when using her art.

Internationally acclaimed surrealist Rafal Olbinski sweeps the classical world of opera into an entirely new realm. Mysterious, playful, and always untraditional, Olbinski’s unique interpretations redefine our image of this centuries-old performing art with the subversive sensibilities of the Polish poster movement. I really enjoy his art but wasn't able to find his homepage. However if you do a google search you can find many galleries who expose his art
